Percy

A detective with the Sweet Jazz City police department with a background in architecture. Her epithet gives her the ability to construct small, magical buildings using the material around her. Percy’s analytical abilities and skill with a sword are second to none, but she always seems to be on a different wavelength from everybody else. Many people assume Percy is a no-nonsense, down-to-Earth lady, but it’s not long before she says something that makes everyone in the room look at her like she’s a space alien.
