One of the officers of the notorious anti-epithet terrorist group, Bliss Ocean. Zora styles herself like a cowboy and spends her time hunting down the inscribed criminals that no one else is brave enough to deal with. Her powers allow her to manipulate time and sunlight. She is considered extremely dangerous and is a notoriously sore loser.
